My name is Melina Penne, and I’ve proudly called Frankfort, MI home since moving here in 2001. What began as a simple cleaning service for friends, quickly grew into something much more. I discovered a genuine love for the work—helping people care for their homes and properties—and turned that love into a thriving business.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve grown my cleaning company through dedication, trust, and attention to detail. As my experience expanded, I acquired property management and knew it was the next natural step. I began managing one property, and before long, that number grew to eight—and continues to grow today.

I take great pride in being a family-oriented, locally rooted business. Both of my daughters are actively involved in managing and operating the company, ensuring our values of reliability, care, and personal service continue for years to come.
